Ch-ch-ch-changes

“The only thing that is certain is change” and right now from what I am hearing from others and experiencing myself, there is a lot of it going around.

So how are you experiencing this change?

I read something today from Lao Tzu:
“If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present.” These simple words really resonated with me. In the last few weeks I have experienced all 3 of these states of being and when I reflect on each of these experiences I really see how true this is for me.

What have your experiences been during this time of change?

Have you been feeling “depressed” or down lately? If you have, what have been the dominant themes in your thinking at these times?
Have you been feeling “anxious” lately? If so, what have been the main thoughts floating around for you?
Have you ben feeling “at peace” lately? If so what have you been doing and thinking during this time?

From your previous experiences what could you consciously aim to bring into your life more?

Change can be a challenge, it can be a time for mourning , reflection, excitement and so many other feelings. Know that wherever you are is okay and there is also an opportunity if you feel the need, to transform you perspective and experience at this time
